§01Deal

These Terms of Use cover quoteblock.shop and related services (the “Site”), run by QuoteBlock (“QB,” “we”). Use the Site and you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be 18+ and in the United States.

§02What QB is

A free informational and referral service. We explain car insurance basics and, if you ask, pass your details to independent insurers, agents and marketers who may contact you. We are not an insurer, agent, broker or adviser. We don’t issue, price, bind or underwrite coverage, and nothing here is an offer of insurance or legal, tax or financial advice.

§03No guarantees

No promise of quotes, approval, coverage in your state or savings. Partners decide eligibility and price. The cheat-sheet and FAQ are general and may not match your policy or state law.

§04Partners are separate

Partners are independent businesses. We don’t control or vouch for their products, statements or behaviour. Any deal you make is between you and them. Check their licence with your state department of insurance if you want to.

§05What you submit

Keep it true and keep it yours: submit accurate information about yourself, or about others only with their permission. By submitting the form and opting in, you let us share it with partners and you consent to contact as described in the Privacy Policy, including automated calls/texts. Consent isn’t required to purchase anything.

§06Don’t be that person

No bots, scrapers or fake submissions; no attempts to break, overload or access what you shouldn’t; no unlawful use; no impersonation.

§07IP

The Site’s text, code, graphics, layout and marks belong to QB or its licensors. Personal, non-commercial viewing is fine; anything else needs permission. Third-party names are used only to identify their owners.

§08Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim every warranty, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a purpose, availability and non-infringement.

§09Liability cap

To the maximum extent the law permits, QB, its owners and personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from the Site or from dealings with partners. Total liability for any claim will not exceed US$100. Some places don’t allow some limits, so they may not apply to you.

§10Indemnity

You’ll cover us for claims and costs arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site, to the extent the law allows.

§11Law, venue, arbitration
